Prior to founding MCM in 1987, Mr. Mitchell accumulated 20 years of investment experience, the last fifteen at Waddell & Reed. He began as an Investment Analyst, progressed to Director of Research, Separate Account and Mutual Fund Portfolio Manager, President of Waddell & Reed Asset Management Co and Chief Investment Officer. He is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research, the Kansas City Society of Financial Analysts, and is a past chairman of the Board of Regents of the Financial Analysts Seminar. He is a member of the Board of Directors of several Foundations and Corporations and is a guest columnist for the Kansas City Star.

Mr. Green joined Mitchell Capital Management Co. in February 1990. He assumed the responsibilities of fixed income security analysis and portfolio management. He works with U.S. Treasury securities, Federal Agency securities, state and local tax-exempt securities, and corporate bonds. He has extensive experience investing for both institutional tax-exempt clients and individual taxable accounts. He is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the Kansas City Society of Financial Analysts. He is an active and founding partner of Social Venture Partners of Greater Kansas City.

Mr. Jones’s investment career began in 1980 at First National Bank of Kansas City. Over the next thirteen years, he was assigned portfolio management responsibility for trust and pooled fund accounts totaling $400 million. He also had broad supervisory responsibility for other portfolio managers. He spent the next three years with a local investment counseling firm prior to joining Mitchell Capital Management Company in 1994. His community activities include fifteen years assisting Harvesters, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors.

Mr. Wullschleger’s investment career began in 1991. He has extensive analytical experience, first in bank trust investment departments, and then with a mutual fund management company. His primary expertise is analyzing growth companies. He is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the Kansas City Society of Financial Analysts.

Mr. Gaume is part of the Fixed Income team that is responsible for managing client fixed income portfolios. His responsibilities include security selection, trading and monitoring client portfolios. Mr. Gaume holds a BS degree in Finance from Kansas State University. Prior to joining Mitchell Capital, he served as an Asset-Liability Analyst for CNBS. He is a candidate for Level III of the CFA exam in June 2004.

Mr. Wolferman is responsible for the development of client relationships. He has an extensive business background in the manufacture and marketing of consumer food products. He was President and CEO of Wolferman’s, and subsequently General manager of Wolferman’s Inc., a division of Sara Lee Corp. He has been a consultant in the area of direct marketing and the delivery of customer services. He is a graduate of Yale University.

Mrs. Rowe has been involved in the Kansas City financial community since 1981 where she worked extensively consulting with and managing portfolios’ for individuals, businesses, and retirement plans focused on growth-oriented, long-term, conservative investments. During those years she was also an active public speaker, teacher and facilitator for a wide variety of women’s groups interested in financial empowerment. She was a licensed representative for the National Center for Women and Retirement Research at Long Island University for five years. She advised many Investment Clubs for women. Her community activities include Village Presbyterian Church (Trustee 1996-1999) and board member of The Child and Family Development Center (1996 to present); the Junior League of Kansas City, Missouri (Past Director of Sustainers 2001-2002); Earth School (Board President (1999 to present), and the Zoo Learning Fund Trustee Board.
